\body
Dear Ursula:
All we were able to discover about Gregory Mints's address is that
of the Institute of Cybernetics in Tallinn where he works. It is
Akadeemia Tee 21. He is in the Department of Software, the Head of
which is E. Tyugu whose telephone number there is 52 57 28. Tyugu
is a friendly fellow with whom you may have common interests. I
would mention both possible common interests and wanting to meet
Mints.
Enclosed are xeroxes of two brochures from the Institute
of Cybernetics.
Ask Mints how he is doing and whether he is still interested in
non-monotonic reasoning. Tell him that if so, I'll send him some
papers. Mention his friend Vladimir Lifschitz, preferably privately.
Timothy is now six and a half months old and has begun to creep
in the last few days.
\closing
Best Regards,
John McCarthy
